Exams

It's a very busy week with all the exams. I already passed 4, there's only 1 left. On tuesday we made a presentation with Mimo on Alice in Wonderland for mouvements culturelles contemporaines. Mimo made this cover for our powerpoint diaporama:

The exams are going well. Meantime i'm organizing more photoshoots. This weekend i'm doing a still life in Paris with Vica. She's a photography student at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in Budapest, at the moment she's in Paris with the program Erasmus. We did already a photoshoot together with her: www.szokoli.com. And next week i'm going home for another photoshoot. I'm so excited, i'm working on the theme for a month. I'm going to work together with a great photographer. And the model... Well, it'll be a surprise, you'll see...

Jewels of the day

Yesterday i finally got my first ever sweater clip. When i first saw Glee, i fell in love with the music. I don't like so much the characters, the story, so i guess i only watch it for the music. But if you watch a tv show you have to have a favourite character. Mine is Emma Pillsbury alias Jayma Mays. I love her style in Glee. In one episode she wore this amazing, beautiful, vintage sweater clip which i adored so much that i started to looking up what's the name of that piece of jewelry, because i didn't know it. Thanks for Google i found out that it called a sweater clip. Then i headed immediately to Etsy and found my sweater clip on Cindy Sparaco's etsy site. Thank you Cindy for my gift too!

Back to life

I know i was away quite long, but i had 2 hard weeks. I didn't feel inspired, the work went slowly. I was watching films and tv shows, nothing special... But saturday evening it has changed. My beloved friend, Gabi came to Paris for the weekend and we spent a gorgeous saturday evening together! We started at the Eiffel-tower, had great dinner at Le Café Malakoff at Trocadéro then went for a big walk. Thank you my darling, you digged me out of that hole!

Autumn in Paris

Today after we went to the market with Mireille and had great lunch together i went to Jardin de Luxembourg. It is my favourite place in Paris. I just realized today how beautiful autumn we have this year. There were so many people: walking, playing tennis, having some coffee, reading their newspapers, riding ponies... It was a wonderful afternoon. See it:

Breakfast in America

Yesterday we had a great time with my dear friend Dóri. We went to Breakfast in America in Le Marais. It was a dream come true to me. All summer long i made a lot of american pancakes with maple syrup but i couldn't find any blueberries in Kecskemét. But yesterday i had my all first american pancake with blueberries and with maple syrup. Actually i had 3... And i drank home-made ice tea with in plastic glass like we were in New York. See it:

Well, it seems it has restarted. Stress, no sleeping because of new ideas and a lot of work. My third and last year has just started. I can't say that i didn't do anything during the summer, i was pretty occupied with my portfolio and my website, but still it is different. Summer's passed, i'm back to Paris, it is autumn already, it's raining every day since i got back. But i'm curious what this year is holding for me...

A couple of weeks ago i've had the honour to meet Lindsey, the co-founder of The Laundress at the Maison&Objet fair in Paris. I use only The Laundress products to do my laundry. My new favourite from them is their clothespins. They are like my grandmother's.
